
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Q: I have registered and purchased my ticket, but have not received any emails about attending the Workshop. What should I do?
A: Check your email spam/junk folders and set wgw@whidbeygardening.org as an approved address. If you still have problems, contact registrar@whidbeygardening.org.
Q: What time does the Workshop begin?
A: The workshop is kicked-off by our Keynote Speaker presentation that begins at 8:30 am on Saturday, March 15. The main doors open at 7:45 am. Arrive early to get a good seat and to browse our Marketplace. (We will have a hold area for all those early purchases.)

Q. Will there be any on-line sessions?
A. No, we are not offering online classes for WGW25.
Q. Will any of the sessions be recorded and available for viewing later?
A. No, we are not recording classes for WGW25.
Q: Can I buy tickets for a friend and myself in one transaction?
A: You will need to purchase each attendee’s ticket separately. Each ticket is identified by the attendee’s name and is used at check-in for the on-site classes.
Q: What are your safety regulations for COVID and other respiratory diseases should there be an outbreak?
A: Whidbey Gardening Workshop will follow Washington State and CDC guidelines for health-related safety issues.
Q: Can I attend a class on Saturday if I don’t pre-register?
A: If you are planning on attending the full workshop (that includes the keynote), tickets must be purchased in advance. We do accept limited walk-ins under the following circumstances:

Open seats for Saturday’s classes are displayed on a monitor in the Registration area. After 9:30 am, tickets for any unfilled classes may be purchased for $15 a seat. Walk-in attendees are given a special pass to enter only the class(es) purchased.

After 9:30 am on Saturday, walk-ins interested in only visiting the Marketplace are asked to pay $5 donation / person.

Access to the Keynote presentation must be prepaid.
Q: I cannot attend the workshop and I have already paid, can I get my money back?
A: We will make an effort to refund your registration fee minus any transaction fees which are paid by the Whidbey Gardening Workshop. Please remember, the Whidbey Gardening Workshop is a fund-raiser for Island County Master Gardeners which is a non-profit organization that supports the Island County communities. Your donation is greatly appreciated and is always put to good use.
